Postgrades Studies

First I would like to do a Postgrade after finish my mayor , a few years later while I have a god job and some experience, to define in the area that I would like to work. But now there some topics that I like: the Open Government, the environment, the territorial administration.

I would like to do the postgrade of Open Government and Innovation in the Public Sector here in the University of Chile. I really like to do that because I think that these areas are very important in the future of the public management, first, the open government, a new paradigm that attempts to respond to the exhaustion of traditional models of governance. I believe that government apparatus have to open more to the citizens, making them part of some decisions, how I like say “facing the citizenry”

And second in the Innovation, have sufficient skills to implement issues that break with the strict and static that is the state apparatus, so as to give more dynamism and flexibility especially in the area of people management.
I really like what the government lab is doing and that's where i'd like to be at a point in my career.
For now I think that I have to start to save some money, because the postgrades are some expensive and in a future  I really like to do another in some part of the world.
